Registration is limited to 100 athletes, and it will fill up VERY FAST! Be sure to check back on May 6 for the link to register!
Step 1: Register with USATF
Why is USATF Registration required?
Whether your child competes in meets or not, we require that everyone register with USATF. This ensures that they are covered via our team insurance and can go to any sanctioned meet, without additional paperwork.

When you sign up, make sure to choose California Comets club 33-0487 as your team (this is our Conference Team).
After you fill out membership information, open your runner's USATF Membership account. Click on his/ her profile, and on the the "ATHLETE VERIFICATION" tab and upload your child's birth certificate or passport. This is the MOST IMPORTANT Step in the process, please don't skip it!
Registration Fee: $30 per year for an Individual Youth Membership (separate from United fees)
Step 2: XC Registration
Once you have age-verified your runner through USATF, register here with us! (Take a screen shot of your membership card to upload)
► XC Registration fee of $275.00 for the season
► XC Practices start on August 5th!
►Week night practices: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays
►Saturday mornings - practices and races!
►Mandatory Parent/Athlete Meeting will be held Thursday, July 18, 5:30 p.m.
►8 and Under Athletes MUST have a parent chaperone on the trails.
